Hi lovelys

My name is Elsa Marie, where “Emaries” comes from. I am an out going goof ball, always looking forward to the next thing.. but I also love every little moment in between! My motivation comes from Jesus, my family and coffee!

Growing up, my dad was the guy who always had a video camera in his hand, recording every big and small moment in our crazy family of five kids. As I grew older, I realized how much I appreciated having those home videos to look back on. I had always taken an interest to cameras and photography, but I didn’t start dreaming about being in the wedding industry until my thirteenth birthday when my amazing parents gifted me my first “fancy” camera. Since then it has been just a hobby, and I never thought it would turn into a career. But here I am, ready to work my butt off to give you the best experience and quality photos. 2019 is when I really began to pursue this dream of mine, it was slow moving at first, but the Lord is so good & has provided in so many ways already! It excites me so much at the idea of working with you and getting to capture some of the most beautiful moments in your life to reminisce on for years to come.

I absolutely love making new connections with people, and the photography world has created so much opportunity for that. I live for photographing the emotion behind your wedding day, elopements and couple session. This has been such an exciting adventure so far, and I still have so much room to grow to become a better photographer. I pray that the future brings many lessons filled with grace, friendships that will last a lifetime and blessings over everyone I encounter through my business!

Mostly, I just want you to know that I will be 100% here for you with whatever you need! We are going on this journey together and you should feel completely comfortable and love who you work with. I am here to serve YOU, and I promise to do everything I can to meet all your needs and more as your photographer.

Jesus, my family, a fresh pour over, rain boots, the mountains, good conversation around the fire, plants, my dog, FRIENDS (the tv show) but also my real friends, eating time, the simmering cider scent candle, fall, comfy sweaters, slow mornings, going to new places, being in God’s creation, chocolate ice cream, the sound of cellos, hammocks, that deep breathe of the crisp air every time I step outside in the fall.
